This morning, at the Mineola Starbucks drive-thru, I clearly ordered my usual white chocolate mocha no with cream—twice. The employee rushed me and didn’t let me finish before giving me the total and telling me to move forward. At the window, I received a drink with cream. When I told her I had ordered no cream, she explicitly told me I never said that and claimed there was video.
