I ordered the iced Dubai chocolate matcha along with three other items through an online order. Everything else arrived perfectly, but this drink seemed to be missing the matcha. It was just a dark brown color and didn’t taste like matcha at all. I wish I had been informed if the drink wasn’t ready or offered a replacement instead. I hope in the future customers can be told ahead of time if an ingredient is missing.thanks starbucks🤦♂️
