Stopped in to the Starbucks inside Target on Lien Rd in Madison on Monday. Was instantly welcomed by a warm smile and a hello from Sidney. I’m incredibly indecisive but Sidney was very patient with me and explained some new menu items. I got a new summer lemonade and my friend a coffee. Sidney made them both perfectly. I was a little bummed I couldn’t leave her a tip (not allowed to take them) as her service was great! Thanks Sidney!

The worker by the name of Brandy was a little on the rude side because I was ordering a new drink that I didn’t know how to correctly order. Her frustration was very visible.
We had such a great experience thanks to Molly! My husband ordered a drink with coconut milk, and she quickly caught that one of the other ingredients used in it actually contained dairy. We really appreciated how attentive she was — she immediately offered to make something else and helped him choose a similar option that would still be completely dairy-free.
