July14, 11.30am My friend and I stopped at this Starbucks after I left the dentist. My mouth was still numb from the procedure, so I was having difficulty speaking clearly. While placing our order at the drive-thru, the wrong drink was entered twice. To avoid any further confusion, I simply read the name of the new drink directly from the promotional sign in front of me. Absolutely disgusting! I’m so frustrated right now not only did they mess up my coffee they messed my oatmeal too. I’ve never seen half empty cup my whole life🤮
Fabulous staff and service!! At the height of the morning, they still welcomed me and each guest that walked in. The drive thru must have been 15-20 cars long. I was able to place my order inside and get my food and drink within 5/10 minutes. The teamwork was phenomenal and very impressive!!
