I bought a coffee here, went outside for a short walk, and about 10–15 minutes later nature called… VERY urgently. I came back to Starbucks and asked the cashier for the restroom code. He told me I wasn’t a customer. I explained that I had literally bought a coffee there 15 minutes earlier, but he didn’t believe me and refused to give me the code until I pulled up my receipt on my phone and showed it to him. Mobile ordered at 7:46 a.m., app assured me it would be ready around 7:53, finally got it at 8:14. Staff is clearly overworked. Yesterday was similar, though not as bad.
too much ice, wrong drink, overpriced.
I had to walk out from the intense smell of dirty mop and rotten milk. The employees seemed to not care at all about cleanliness behind the counter. All trash cans and recycling containers were noticeably full and the the floor is sticky. This place was a nightmare.
