I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I ordered a Grande Hot Caramel Macchiato via the mobile app, but when I got on the road and took a sip, it was literally just steamed milk and syrup—no coffee at all. I called the store to resolve the issue, but the staff was unhelpful and claimed they couldn't even find my order, despite me having the cup with my name and order details on it. Total waste of money and terrible customer service.
First of all, Happy Women's Day to all women! Now, to the point: I've been wanting to try Starbucks' latest product for a while, and today I finally had the chance. We’re very disappointed in the service here at Starbucks Loblaws. We were sure that it closed at eight which is correct and we came out around 730 and were told we cannot get our drinks because it takes her a very long time which we understand but it’s very disrespectful the way she was saying it. She was screaming at a few girls and making us feel disrespected and considering we are paying customers makes us consider coming back. We will not tolerate disrespect.
