I’m a daily Starbucks drinker and just moved to this town. I have a feeling if this is my best option for Starbucks, I don’t think I’ll keep that reserve status. First time, walked in at 7am on a Sunday and was told a coffee would be 20 min… the place was empty. Decided to give them another shot. I’m second in the drive thru and I’m already at 14 minutes of waiting for a pink drink.. I think the only way to keep my Starbucks would to be to put in an online order 30+ min in advance. Wild.
Jamison, the drive thru engineer, should get a 10.00$ raise! Great conversation and jokes while I was paying for my order. 🔥
There is one girl working food, drive through cashier and making drinks. She is doing a very good job. The rest of the “team” are in the back not doing anything. It’s 3:45 Sunday May 10. Check the cameras if you want proof. You owe that girl 4 salaries. The “manger” looking girl came out when there was complaining customers and directed them to the girl already spread thin.. said “idk we close at 4” to them at 3:30
Very nice employees here. Names were Taylor, Natalie, Ami. Ami wrote all over the cup with balloons make a wish happy birthday. She didn't have to but took the time to do so I appreciate that and my drink was good
