I waited over HALF AN HOUR for my brink in the drive through. That is insane.
Long drive-thru line. It took 20 mins to receive my mobile order.
Today’s experience is no different than the last. The baristas DO NOT acknowledge that the wait is well over 15 minutes for a mobile order from the time you walk in the store. That doesn’t count for the time when the order was placed. This location was pretty on spot but something’s have changed. Since Starbucks can’t get it together, I’m sure Dunkin won’t mind taking over the customer base.
Walked in and everyone working just ignores you, LOOKS AT YOU and doesn’t take your order.
Slowest service I've ever experienced in Starbucks. Spent 25 minutes in drive thru. The barista at the window appeared to be clueless and uncaring.
