One of the few Starbucks stores that still has a comfortable "coffee shop" feel. Good seating options inside and outside. I have had to wait a bit longer than normal a couple of times, but this is not the norm. I have always received genuinely friendly service at this location. I would recommend turning the music down a bit, but this goes for all Starbucks stores. All together, the nicest Lakeland store in my experience.
The employees went out of their way to great everyone. The drinks were really good. I loved the chill atmosphere!
Very nice workers there and my coffee espresso and food are always delicious
This store has improved service since the last time I visited. Maybe they made some changes in the management / help. The baristas seem to be behaving as their training established.
The drinks, food and people are solid but the line for the drive through has been long every time we have gone on the weekends. I feel like they need another Starbucks around this location.
