Worst experience I've ever had at a coffee place. My drink was made incorrectly I then asked to have the drink remade. They said no and then asked me to leave the store I called corporate they said there's nothing that they can do once again shows why I can't stand Starbucks they don't care about their consumer at all
Ordered a drink from drive thru. Heading out of town, took a sip, wrong drink. Turned around, went inside and I was not the only one waiting for an order replacement. Baristas gave me what was labeled the correct drink only to find that once I was on the road, that the brown sugar shaken oat milk espresso was only an oat milk latte. Seriously? More training needed at this location. A waste of time and money.
This location use to be good but due to a new policy ive been a every day customer for years and they all know me . however they wont even give me a water or use the restroom without a purchase starbucks has gone down hill for a person that spends so much money there to be told no on a water is obsered. dont go to starbucks in auburn there hurting for money badly . they are raising prices on everything amd treat loyal customers like bums of the street mo offense to bums
Spectacular customer time and time again. My favorite starbucks location.
