Such a hoity toity place not to have ketchup but offering seracha when I picked up my pricey breakfast sandwich. I had to wait more than five minutes for the latte and sandwich order which was difficult to carry back to my seat without a tray. Overall not a pleasant experience.
Slowest drive thru ever. Don't go here if you have somewhere to be. Everything else is normal Starbucks stuff.
Customer service is great and so is the coffee!
I am really mad. I never complain about restaurants.Had to go inside. It’s not easy for me to walk . So I was upset that I had to go inside. Have always appreciated the drive thru. Unfortunately, Drive thru backed up second day in a row. My daughter’s coffee order was wrong two days in a row. I was home when we noticed. Food was room temperature. Store wasn’t very clean.Very unhappy. I don’t think I will be a returning anytime soon.
