I am really mad. I never complain about restaurants.Had to go inside. It’s not easy for me to walk . So I was upset that I had to go inside. Have always appreciated the drive thru. Unfortunately, Drive thru backed up second day in a row. My daughter’s coffee order was wrong two days in a row. I was home when we noticed. Food was room temperature. Store wasn’t very clean.Very unhappy. I don’t think I will be a returning anytime soon.
The slowest Starbucks in the state. Poorly ran and not efficient at all. Checks out lol... I just edited this because we've been waiting 20 minutes after paid. Trash location. Edit for the 2nd time. After waiting 30 minutes the "hot" coffee machine was down. After taking the order. CLOWN SHOW

I never leave reviews and I go to Starbucks a lot. This location is actually awful. I have never had a good drink from here. I’ve probably wasted $200 on drinks that were pure milk and knowing what they taste like from other locations I know it’s this specific location and not my order. It’s just annoying at this point. The other location in Medford gets it right every time.
