I got 2 specialty drinks and a sandwich. The friendly young cashier-girl quickly brought my sandwich over (much faster than expected), and I immediately noticed that it was sausage--not bacon like I had asked for. I told her (assuming that this was somebody else's sandwich). She apologized and told me she would fix it. Pre-ordered sandwich around 1230, arrive at the location around 1236-1240. App said order would be ready at 12:36, of course I know orders get backed up. 12 people sitting (NOT waiting on orders), maybe 2 waiting for orders and stood there until 12:46. No one asked me if I was all set or if I was waiting on anything, girl sweeping, then she puts a sandwich in the oven. My cashier was very kind and pleasant. However, another young person was less than helpful and snarky. When asked who was making my coffees (2 black smalls) she replied, “somebody”, in a snarky way. The place and counter was dirty. Baristas just ignored guests. My cashier was as great. I told her “I guess the other girl forgot that I was a paying customer. A shame.
