Workers making fun of customers for mispronouncing a product that they sell loudly for other people to also hear
Ordered online and arrived 15 min. later. They would not give me my drink or my daughter's cake pop saying it had been over 30 min since order was placed which was incorrect. No offer to redo the order. Not the first time. This is the worst Starbucks in Lynchburg!
