There have been several times when I have mobile ordered a frappuccino at the Montview Starbucks, and when I go to pick up my drink, they tell me they aren't making any more frappuccinos for the night and ask if I want anything else. In the past, it's been 15 minutes before closing, so I didn't feel like it was worth saying anything about. Tonight I ordered 45 minutes before close, and they had already shut down the frappuccino machine. Store constantly messing up orders while also taking forever to get them out. The manager is never friendly about it when concerns are brought up.
Took 30 min to make food were out of an item. Talked with a worker to get a replacement. Waited 15 min then still no food. Cashier said they were backed up. 30 min later still no food. Never again.
