Took 30 min to make food were out of an item. Talked with a worker to get a replacement. Waited 15 min then still no food. Cashier said they were backed up. 30 min later still no food. Never again.
Mobile ordering is not appropriate for this hole in the wall venue. It's abusive to staff and to guests.
Friendly staff
Mobile order took an hour. Clearly not enough staff to deal with the additional people visiting for CFAW.
I'm giving this 5 star because these employees work fast and efficiently! Sooo many students yet my order is always right.
