I was truly upset by what I witnessed yesterday evening. It was unsettling to see a fellow customer treated with such unnecessary harshness by a staff member. The individual had a small cat secured in a stroller and was simply trying to grab a coffee and a sandwich. They didn’t linger, disrupt the environment, or violate any posted policies — there were no signs stating pets were prohibited. The cat remained contained, causing no inconvenience or risk to anyone. I have never felt compelled to write a review until now, but after my experience yesterday evening, I feel it’s necessary to express just how disrespected and humiliated I felt. I frequently visit this location — at least seven times — always with my cat safely enclosed in a stroller. I come in, grab my coffee, and leave. I’ve never lingered or caused any disturbance.
