I just had an amazing experience at the Starbucks on Higley and Baseline! I went in to return a keychain that I had purchased for my girlfriend but the employee was having a hard time issuing me a credit because the register she was using wasn’t cooperating. That’s when Meagan stepped in! First, she tried to resolve the issue herself but it still wasn’t working.
