I usually have a wonderful experience at this Starbucks location. My visit today 10/11/25 was subpar. I ordered through the driver thru per usual and realized the digital menu was blacked out. I attempted to notify the employee taking my order but she cut me off and stated “ it’s blank because you haven’t placed an order yet.” I shared that at many other locations the screen is always bright with Starbucks menus options. Sabene at this location she rocks she is such a wonderful person. I came in not sure what the drink I wanted .I want I only had a photo and she made me the exact drink that I wanted. She’s a phenomenal person. I went back a couple of times just because of the service that I had experience with her she’s amazing.
I asked for a no ice, I didn’t ask if it was extra (I didn’t care) they gave me ice and when I mentioned I didn’t want ice they take it out and give me half full cup. I paid a full price for half a cup.
