Every time I go here my drink is wrong. This last time they forgot to put ice in my iced drink. No one wants to drink room temperature drinks. Refresher was the exact opposite of refreshing and went straight into the trash
It's been a long time at this location inside the Kroger on Holland Road. I wanted a coffee while I did storm shopping. They offer some merchandise, but it's not much. However, they do have Virginia mugs. A small dining area is adjacent. Counter service was fine, no issues with checkout. My small black coffee was tasty! I'm a 3.5, rounding up.
The employee who was there Friday night 01/23/2026. He was in his phone . He didn’t even watch close enough to catch where my shopping cart got taken from me making me walk outside halfway back to my car for a new cart. This guy knew but he’s so busy in his phone he couldn’t care less for a guy with an ankle injury . The station looked dirtier than it normally does. This kid needs additional training asap
Juanita put a big smile on my face and absolutely made my day today. She made sure my drink was perfect and kept reassuring me! She deserves the best and my drink tastes amazing!!
