Your baristas have NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came over from shopping inside the Target area. The cashier was dealing with a customer, it wasn't busy at all and the other barista and a guy with a brown shirt were attending to one of the espresso machines. I simply and loudly said "Excuse me, sorry to interrupt, I was wondering do you guys have a spoon". Valerie and the other baristas were very helpful and nice!
Barista Anna is nice and gave great recommendations to my daughter. we go all the time and she is always a nice young lady. service good drinks good.
