Took about ten minutes just to get the customers single drink in front of us. When we paid for it, they didn’t use the points from the app we had and they said “you didn’t ask for it.” The first thing we asked for was for her to use the points and we made it clear. We didn’t mumble it or anything, she just simply couldn’t hear well. The drinks were prepared differently compared to the other Starbucks we’ve been to, less quality and effort, all the whip cream was on the bottom. Won’t be stopping by again.
After an entire staff shake up, a remodel, and new corporate policies, I just don’t see myself ever going back. I leave the former part of this review to show what it used to be like. I don’t have good experiences anymore. I don’t like going. Admittedly, I am homeless, though I don’t really look like it. I don’t have a lot of resources, people to trust, or places to go in the area. Things aren’t very good. Great experience every time! I typically place my order through the Starbucks app, and when I arrive to the drive-thru my drink and breakfast are always ready and made fresh. This is very important considering I work in the area, and most mornings I don’t have a lot of time. So the fact that this location is extremely convenient to my new employer and my order is always accurate I will continue to be a returning customer.
When placing customers hot drinks on the counter for them to pickup make sure the top is on securely .. My hot tea spilled all over my hand today when I picked it up, luckily a nice gentleman in the store rush to get me napkins.. Do better please, hopefully I won’t have a nasty burn!
