This starbucks is just really well put together. Hariett i think was the cashier. Quick service, very well mannered, and the coffee seemed to be better than usual.

I am truly physically handicapped. I have a handicapped placard in my car. Starbucks PRINTS the handicapped logo on their larger tables, yet allowing able bodied persons to seat there. The folks at these tables obviously possess such an arrogant attitude (like most in VB) to not yield to those REALLY handicapped! Your baristas did nothing upon confronting them to understand the situation showing all Starbucks cared about is greed!
This review goes out specifically to the barista Sylvia. I messed up my order and ordered a hot drink instead of a cold drink, and she, without hesitation, offered to remake it free of charge. It was an honest mistake and I’m glad she didn’t think twice of helping me out.
