Hi Starbucks, I'm disappointed with the Venti White Hot Chocolate I just purchased. When I opened the lid, I noticed the drink was significantly under-filled—about four inches of the cup were empty. I specifically ordered and paid for a Venti because I wanted the full size. I ended up with a grande in a venti cup. Could you please make this right? It's a super rainy and cold day here, and I was really looking forward to enjoying the complete drink.

The last 2 times I have gone, there were no cars behind me and one car infront of me, and they waited until they saw I had marked "no tip" to start making the drink, and then gave me the most watered down drink of my life. The quality of my drinks were based on the tip, and had a major noticeable difference.

Just the black coffee or hot water for our Moringa tea! The sensitivity training in progress here! Nice and friendly!

Worst Starbucks coffee I’ve ever had. This frappe literally made me sick after a few sips. It’s taste was bad, it’s quality is bad, and whatever happened in the making of it made me extremely sick. I drink this coffee at every other Starbucks but this one, ew.
