I love the vanilla bean frappuccino. I always ask for it without whipped cream but almost never recieve it without. I've been here many times and many times they've messed up this simple step. I don't like to leave reviews but I don't know how many times I can so "no whipped cream" and still get whipped cream even after they confirmed I said no whipped cream! Crazy.
Each time I visit this location, I'm greeted with such authenticity, warmth, and prompt customer service. When I did visit, it was a pit stop to fuel up for some stressful problem-solving. Their care and thoughtfulness was a nice reset. I came back today after another challenging day and someone wrote "You're amazing" on my breakfast wrap; it totally made my day. The little things go a long way.
The lady that works at the store she was so rude and has attitude about it and she did not give me the sleeves for the cups and that’s so rude! She just handed the cups and that’s it and didn’t even listen what I had to say to her about it. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Train your employees how to be nice and treat customers with respect that’s it.
1 of only 3 Starbucks I visit.. this 1 is my main store because it's closest to me. I absolutely LOVE this crew!! They are soooo patient with me.. I used 2 only drink frappes, but once I was ready 2 start venturing out and trying new things, they taught me all about the different types of drinks and worked with me to learn the different flavors and such to help me find a bunch of new faves for each season!! I love them so much!! Absolutely some of my most favorite people!!
