I walked in with my service dog in my arms, she’s 5lbs. They kicked me out and delivered my coffee outside. I was interrogated about my service animal and informed she was not wearing a vest. I told them per door policy they are not supposed to ask due to my ADA (american disabilities act). This constitutes a lawsuit. Lost a long time customer Starbucks.

Amazing! Every time I come to this star-bucks everything is amazing. The people, the food, the service, and especially the drinks. This Starbucks hosts some of the best baristas in the world. Each trip to this Starbucks leaves me satisfied, fulfilled, and happy. My go to order is the pink drink and this starbucks has it perfected. My pink drink always has the perfect ratio of strawberry acai and coconut milk!🤍🩷
I was informed that they no longer allow patrons to utilize their wifi if they do not make a purchase. I sometimes buy a decaf Americano or other items, though not always. I travel a lot. I asked if I could finish my work and was told I had to exit the premises ASAP. This is the 2nd demeaning experience I've had per their new policy. There is nothing on the front door referring to this new policy.
