The man in the drive-through this morning was absolutely full of energy. He had a great attitude & made me smile!
Such a wonderful staff
Came in today with my husband, very busy today and the younger baristas were super helpful and kind, however the older lady who took our order was not. It was pretty empty in the café when we walked in and I wanted to take a moment to look at the menu because all of their new holiday items were out. We stood off to the side for a couple of minutes browsing and before I had a chance to look at everything the older barista came up and looked at us, and in a very rushing tone said "what can I get for you today?" I never experienced bad service at Starbucks but this place I was waiting for grill cheese sandwiches for 20 min and still they said working on it
