Used to be my fav location. Recently there is a different person there every day. Today it took 15 min to get my “pre-ordered” coffee. I was the only customer and the barista was so slow it was almost comical. The cup of coffee I got tasted like they forgot to add the espresso shots. Cream flavored hot water!

Who doesn't love Starbucks?? Starbucks is the best I've always had great customer service every time and I have gone to lots of Starbucks and I've been going for years
I have been to this Starbucks twice now, and each time I regret my decision immediately, and head to a different Starbucks to get the correct drink. The first time I got a large cold brew, with extra cream and hazelnut. Simple, right? Nope. We spent 10 minutes together. She would fill the cup all the way up, with no room for any cream or even hazelnut. I had to sit there and pour out the coffee, add the cream and hazelnut myself.
