I go to this Starbucks on E 29th street, Loveland, Co. Every time I go to this Starbuck. There is a young man(Ray), who is always on his phone. (Ray) is alway leaning on the counter, trying to look busy, but (Ray) is looking at his phone. He does wait on customers. But as soon as they leave, (Ray) is on his phone.
