Extremely crowded, understaffed! Literally 1 person making drinks, in store and online orders. Unacceptable.
This location is my favorite and I only go here. Shoutout to Jamie, Carly, Mel, and Samantha! Always happy, smiling, and greeting you every single time, no matter how busy, and I have been there when it’s busy! The manager happened to be there, I believe her name was Jessa?
