The staff were beautiful and friendly, fast service and very clean. One of my favorite place to go.
Today I walked into this location to order for me and a coworker. I stood in line for quite some time and was not acknowledged. One of the young ladies Lindsey was supposed t take my order but was finishing other orders and kept telling me it’ll be one minute. Well one minute turned into 8 minutes and still no one took my order. Another barista noticed and she took my order and got everything together for me. I don’t know if he was a manager or not, but I tap on the window to ask if they could sir my hot matcha good as sometime it not mixed well. He got an attitude and I don’t appreciate it. He needs to fix his attitude.
