Just bought two drinks, both two horchata’s. Drinks weren’t filled all the way to the top and one of them had no flavor. They made both drinks in the same blender out of laziness.

Here I had bad experience at this branch. I went for using restroom,I asked respectfully for using restroom but she said you have to buy something. And I requested I am frequently buy coffee and food at Starbucks please allow to me use restroom as loyalty customer please as humanitarian help And she said no Starbucks not allow to use restroom. I came here before going into work. I sat in the drive thru for over 20 mins. Got to the window and my drink was sitting there by window, need to remind you it was raining. Coffee was spilled down the side on all over lid. My coffee was not hot at all and neither was my breakfast. I’m honestly disappointed with this star bucks.
