When I enter I'm always greeted with a sincere welcome, drinks are spot on or remade to made my liking- always feel like this is a warm and inviting atmosphere. I do wish there were more seating for disabled but they always assist whenever possible.
This store really used to be a pleasant place to walk into. Most of the staff here are still genuinely nice. Though there are a couple of them now with genuine attitude problems. If you report a problem to the store manager and they know that it was you who made a complaint they will go out of their way to harass you for any little thing. This WAS the best Starbucks in VA Bch, but I just went there again this morning, and my frappe is tasteless yet AGAIN. I had to ADD sugar it so tasteless. And this is not the first time I came to this Starbucks and got some tasteless coffee, so I will not be returning.
had a question about a product, a heavier-set woman employee responded in a rude manner, in which I was dumbfounded after asking nicely; wish I got their name tag cause that behavior is unacceptable. The other staff were nice as always, not my usual Starbucks experience.
