I understand this is a very busy location but the bathroom was HORRENDOUS. It was so disgusting and really made me question the cleanliness of the entire establishment. When I went to go and receive my drink from the counter, I noticed hair on the counter and didnt even want to drink my coffee anymore.

Staff didn't bother to call my name. I was the only one in store.
I mobke ordered my matcha and when I went to pick it up it was super chunky lots of match poder not blennded properly and Sady (the barista, who's name I have probably butchered and apologize) grabbed it and corrected the issue with out me having to make a fuss. I was having a tough morning so really appreciated her help this morning. Love this starbucks - it's usually pretty busy but the staff is always friendly and ready to help.
