I stopped here for my daily tea, yes they serve tea. So wonderful. Anyway, the staff was always kind and had a smile. Which I really appreciated due to the fact I had to head up to the hospital for a family member facing a health emergency. This is located within the Target store. As a visitor to the area it was nice to know my drink would be consistent and those little necessities were right there as well.
The coffee itself was good, but they mixed up my wife’s and my order. The lady at the counter also seemed like she didn’t really want to be there, which made the experience kind of uncomfortable. It was our first time visiting the Loveland location, and honestly, it left a bad taste in our mouth.
I ordered a small cold brew coffee and asked for light ice, but the barista added water and a lot of ice. This was the worst cold brew I’ve ever had. The staff doesn’t listen to customers at all—they just respond without actually addressing the issue or fulfilling the customer’s request.

The Gucci of coffee. You're not buying the coffee for the coffee, you're buying it for the logo. The people who work here are totally fine and nice, the corporation is scummy
