I ordered a small cold brew coffee and asked for light ice, but the barista added water and a lot of ice. This was the worst cold brew I’ve ever had. The staff doesn’t listen to customers at all—they just respond without actually addressing the issue or fulfilling the customer’s request.
The Gucci of coffee. You're not buying the coffee for the coffee, you're buying it for the logo. The people who work here are totally fine and nice, the corporation is scummy
Very poor customer service, I walked up one girl was on her phone texting and looked up and ignored me and the other was rude as heck to me. This is my first time in this location and I will not be frequenting again.

1) Cashier wasn’t friendly. That’s fine. I understand people sometimes have bad days. No whip cream. No problem. Not that important. but The cashier accidentally drop the cup on the dirty ground and then pick it up and use that same exact cup to serve the drink that I ordered. What the heck? If you don’t believe me…check the camera. December 10th 2023 roughly around 2:30pm 2) This is how the cheese danishes was serve to me on the counter. No paper starbucks label bag “warmed up”…
