This was a great place to stop and grab drinks for the road on the way to Fort Collins.
The younger barista, who appeared to be of Asian descent, provided an exceptionally poor customer service experience today...so much so that I ultimately chose not to order a drink. From the start, she commented that the lavender drinks taste like essential oil, (I was gonna get that) and she stated "I hate when people ask if the drink is sweet because this is a coffee shop, its not gonna be dessert sweet"... Julie was working solo at 5:20 and had a long line and was awesome! She was patient and working hard. The first lady in line was very rude for no reason!!!! Julie was doing an amazing job...kudos!!
I'm old. Don't get out a lot. When I go to Safeway / Starbucks here...it's an occasion. First thing I like to do is get coffee. So the first person I encountered this morning was the barista here. Not a greeting or smile to be found. There was no one else here. I had to say hi three times at the counter to get her to ask what I wanted. Coffee was decent.
They all know my orders by heart. Very friendly.
