Too SLOW
I order a venti caramel ribbon crunch with no whipped cream, 4 shots of blonde espresso, and extra crunch. Why is there ALWAYS whipped cream in my drink when I come to this location? On top or always making me take a drink with whipped cream, they have terrible attitudes here. They won't acknowledge you waiting, a simple, welcome in, give us just a minute, would suffice. I watch them ignore people waiting like they are the plague. I will figure out how to upload my drink with whipped when I asked for none.
Why have the the staff on lunch breaks at 9:20 in the morning? There's no one working at 9:00 in the morning? Who is running this store? Do you have any idea how much money just walked away from this location? That was a really stupid move on your part.. The other location is on a street torn up by construction. You guys suck man.. Edit-tried to go back at 10:00 and the line is insane. No coffee today.. I hope that huge line stresses you all out and makes your day awful. You did that to yourselves.
Last night I ordered a latte and on the way there I had to turn around and take my dog to the emergency vet because they got stung by a scorpion. Today I went to go pick up a coffee and I wanted to apologize because I don’t like wasting peoples time and so I said that I was sorry for having someone make coffee that was never picked up.
