Was thinking where I would love to enjoy an old fashioned cappuccino in an actual mug, a special treat for myself since I had accomplished all my goals recently. There are places down town that are excellent, but I know the girls in here are nice and work hard too. Came in and waiting in line and ordered a coffee. It was BUSY. the lady at the counter Amanda, after taking my order greets the woman behind me by name, I thought thats so nice. UNTIL that same customer's order was brought out to her BEFORE the 3 ppl in line BEFORE her. Sorry but all of us had somewhere to be and jumping her inline to sit in store.
Drinks are ok but the drive through menu is worthless. If you want a frap your option IS a caramel frap or nothing. Clearly, they are trying to force us to use their app. If my phone is dead I either have to settle or hope the barista won't be annoyed at me for having a specific order not listed on the menu. I hate it.
