I’ve lived in the area for 9 months now and every time I visit this particular location, the gals at the window are so RUDE!!!! They want a tip, I will tip based on my last visit. So basically I never tip for bad service. They know you don’t tip, so the service at the window gets worse and worse. I don’t think they need a $1 to hand me a drink. I have stopped at this location on several occasions, each time, the team has been extremely pleasant. My orders have been made accurately and handed to me with a smile. The staff is friendly and works very well together. When you have great leadership, you have a happy team, when you have a happy team, you have awesome service and happy customers! Kudos to the leader and her team at this location!
Every time I go here, the baristas are so sweet! Never a bad experience. 10/10 would recommend. Compared to other locations, I would go out of my way to come to this one. I always feel very welcomed:)
Was thinking where I would love to enjoy an old fashioned cappuccino in an actual mug, a special treat for myself since I had accomplished all my goals recently. There are places down town that are excellent, but I know the girls in here are nice and work hard too. The venti mug was delivered to me, which is thoughtful, but the drink itself was not creamy, rich, or even flavorful. It was more like a coffee with suds on the top of it.
