Today had the worst expirence in the drive thru i orderd a Venti drink they tried to hand me a drink that was 3/4 filled when I asked why it was missing so much she said that just how it's comes rudely and then she snatched the drink out of my hand just added more oatmilk instead of remaking the drink continued to argue with me. I manage a neighbor store and run my own buisness unacceptable customer service
July 23rd. WOW the kids working here must hate each other. Or maybe they aren't awake. Sucky service - every one of them was snotty.
Never make drinks as ordered. So many chances and it's never right save you time and drive to another one.
