Starbucks can be a hit or miss depends who serves you. I always get the same drink, Caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel. These drinks aren't cheap so when you make a request when will I expect to order to come out the way you asked for it. When I got my drink there was no extra caramel. My wife drink came out messed up too. My wife got a double Berry matcha latte, and ask for extra Berry and barely got anything. If Starbucks are going to charge so much money for their drinks they can't have lazy employees!
