As I was waiting in line to order my doppio, I needed to use the restroom. A staff member asked me to leave the line in the restroom, while I was next, because I needed to order first, THEN I could use the restroom, even after I explained to intend to order, I needed to used the restroom first. I then went from next in line to 5th waiting to use the restroom. Absolutely ridiculous behavior and policy. It's no wonder Starbucks is failing as a company.
My car was towed and I under stand I didn’t read the signs and the towing company worked with me. Great service
