Absolutely horrible experience. I have been an almost daily customer at Starbucks for ten years. Last week, my car was towed from the Barton Springs location parking lot. Three hours and $270 later, I got my car back from the towing lot. When I called Starbucks, they said they would help with this, but three days later I heard back in an email to say they wouldn’t. I came to this Starbucks to get work done. After parking, I took my computer and went to the store. Because there was a line, I decided to walk around and come back. My car was towed and my attempts to drink a coffee have turned into a nightmare day!
In this locación in starbucks they are domingo a fraud because they are working with ATX Towing Service because i went outside to see my car there was a lady walking around taking pictures of cars parked outside whithout knowing if the owners were inside.
