I don’t understand how this location had four people staff there this morning. I had one drink and a cake pop. Still somehow the person manages to start making my drink with the wrong milk after I’ve been waiting there for like 10+ minutes. I walked in around 8am on a Sunday. I waited about 5 minutes for someone to take my order. The issue is that I was the only person in line. Two people just standing there joking with the other three who were trying to work. Finally someone comes to me and asks if I needed help...
My drink was made wrong and it wasn’t even properly mixed.
Thank you kooser Starbucks you are all so amazing. I feel welcomed and cared for as a customer. Had some issues with bad customer service at Hillsdale and Camden location and come to find out they gave me a empty gift card for a replacement drink and kooser Starbucks took care of anything. Thank you so much. Updated: all new workers suck and always forget my drink. Literally always. I stand around for 30 min until realizing they forgot
