Wouldn’t recommend going to this Starbucks, sadly all the employees are really rude no one greets you when you come in I wanted a refund on my coffee and this girl couldn’t remember her name gave me a really hard time with it. I wouldn't waste my money or my time here again being treated horribly.
I ordered a pastry and tall dark roast. I received the coffee but not the pastry. There was only two people working-very busy. After 10 minutes I walked out without the food. I won't be back to this location.
This used to be my go to Starbucks; however, I feel that it lacks everything Starbucks stands for. Every time I go into the store, I am never welcomed in and feel as though I am bothering the baristas. The environment used to be friendly before the remodel and before new management came. The baristas also tend to ignore me when I walk in and have recently had an attitude. I'm also not sure who the tall blonde lady is but the last time I was in there she was very hostile.
