Came in to buy a Starbucks cup and asked for a venti cup of water. Paid for my cup and was told to wait for my water even with no one in there. Waited almost 10 minutes for a venti cup of water and when I approached the lady she had attitude. She proceeded to clean up and points to the beverage pick up counter and says "that's where you pick up drinks ..it'll be there when it's ready."
