Love coming here and getting my perfect drinks, but today was not a great drink colorless. I got a dragon drink
I found this place by accident in December while I was supposed to meet people at a SB in Harbor City and got lost. Then, I've been coming here ever since and totoally forgot about the other place. I like their music playlists and the perfect environment for studying and getting jobs done. While the food and drinks are of the same high quality, the prices are more affordable than other locations. Lovely staff, good drinks, and 3rd space to yourself, what else do you need?
Disappointing Drive-Thru Experience I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a couple of years because of the amazing customer service, but my experience today was extremely disappointing. A male employee taking my order repeatedly and aggressively told me to “speak up,” even though my order was clear, it was the tone that felt unnecessarily rude and confrontational. I have gone here a couple of times and really think the experience depends on who is working there. Usually all employees are super nice but one specific female employee does not have a very welcoming attitude, she will repeatedly say ‘sorry I can’t here you’ when stating your order because there music is too loud, no smile whatsoever and just looking around while I’m making my order to her, but some employees are extremely nice. Overall I go her often and they usually get my order pretty quick.
