I went to use your restroom after buying a coffee, but I was told a homeless person was showering there, and the restroom was a complete mess. I was directed to use the restroom next door. When I mentioned that you have two restrooms, I was informed that only one is for customers while the other is for staff. I’ve never heard that policy before. Honestly, I should stop buying from Starbucks. I just never learn. Your service has gone downhill. Store looked messy too 😏
I am extremely disappointed with the service at the Starbucks on Valley and Almansor. Over the past few visits, I've experienced long wait times, inconsistent drink quality, and an overall lack of customer car.
