I just want to recognize Courtney at the Starbucks in Stafford Market. She is absolutely wonderful! Every time she is there, I can immediately tell the difference. Plan to spend 15 to 20 minutes in line for a drive-thru order. The experience is immeasurably better if you go in.
I just had one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had at Starbucks. At the drive-thru speaker, I gave the name for our mobile order and the employee acknowledged it. When I got to the window, they tried to hand me someone else’s order. I told them the name again, and the employee came back saying they didn’t have an order under that name. The drive-thru service is just horrendous. It is by far the slowest one I’ve ever experienced and it’s a recurring issue. I’ve tried at least 5 times and every single time takes longer than the last. Highly recommend finding a different location or ordering inside if you have to, it still takes a while but not as bad as the drive-thru.
