The man with the beard and earring at the drive-thru was super disrespectful; when he handed me my change, he dropped the money and didn't even say sorry or anything—he just closed the window.
Weighted 15 minutes for a coffee that never arrived had to remind the cashier that I had been waiting and they still forgot about me the second time around I took it personal
I came in for some coffee beans, and Makayla was wonderful. She helped me determine what to buy and also was kind enough to grind them for me which I appreciate as I’m learning. She went out of her way to also offer me a drink. I really appreciate that Makela. Thank you so much. I was just dropping by as I was going back home from work and it’s a long three hour commute once again. I really appreciate you guys.
Went to this store today and got there 6:48 am and left at 7:00 am. It took them more than 10 mins to make my coffee which I believe it shouldn’t. There were not a lot of people inside the store. There was 3 before me and nobody came after me. I understand that the drive thru was busy but there should be someone working inside too. I was 10 mins late at work today. I regret giving a $1 tip! Thanks Starbucks!
