Ridiculously lazy staff member! I tried ordering a drink at 6:42pm (they close at 7pm) and she tried telling me the blender was broken. I knew she was lying and probably just didn't want to do her job (she was leaning on the counter so hard she was pretty much laying down on it) so I just said nevermind, chose not to order a drink at all and started to walk away. The worst cup of coffee I've ever had at a Starbucks (or anywhere), and I am a Starbucks fan. Maybe it was just old but it was undrinkable. Staff was pleasant and the store was clean and new.
The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been in. Had to ask twice to get them to start heating my sandwich. Employees kept checking their phones.

The remodel they did is nice, but it shows that Starbucks doesn't actually want customers. They just want drive through people.
