Went through the drive thru today and the barista was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on the menu. The price was crazy expensive but for once in a while it wasn't bad. The parking lot was clear of snow and garbage and there were no broken down cars in any parking spot. the drinks were awesome and so were the cheese danish and cake pops were spot on. The chocolate pop was a bit rich so be careful. Lol no big bites. For sure left a great tip for a great service . Will definitely comeback to this Starbucks!
I wanted a little bit of warm cream and they wanted to charge me 70 cents it. Sometimes I’m at Starbucks twice a day and I have never ever had. Someone charged me for it except for this location who makes up their own rules. It’s not about the money it’s about the principal. What’s the difference if I get Cream in my coffee. Why cant I have my cream steamed and warmed up for me? On top of one the at the register being very unfriendly, the manager comes up and says rudely that they have to charge for it.
