I’m currently waiting for my order, but I will say off the drive thru before coming in, was full and not professional. I respect my elders so before I even gave a bigger order for a drink, I came inside, one lady was nice the other whom was making drink I simply just said I don’t want no milk she replied yea it says that, remind you I can’t even change that the drink was already ordered. Today was absolutely wonderful. I brought my mom and little girl in for a drink and treat. Had a lovely conversation at ordering with Chloe. We get our drinks, my daughter drops her cake pop so upset (we don't live near a Starbucks) miss Chloe was so pleasant and sweet and gave her another one. We were about to leave and my clumsy daughter dropped her pink drink all over the floor and didn't even get to drink it. I ask for mop, picked up as much ice as possible.
