This has been my go to Starbucks for quite some time. Unfortunately I will be making the drive to another coffee shop. They used to make the coffees perfect now every time you go it tastes different, it tastes burnt and they ALWAYS leave off the toppings we pay for. & when you say something the person making the coffee is always super rude about it & acts like we aren’t sitting right there and can hear them.
I ordered for a drink in drive through and requested if they could make another one since it didn’t taste right. The cashier said ok, but could clearly hear the conversation. The person making the coffee, kept saying something rubbish and gave the drink to the cashier ‘Here is yet another perfect Whotw chocolate mocha’. Super unprofessional. I stopped going to this Starbucks and prefer the other one near Panda Express.
Everything is perfect, there is only one problem, drinks are very expensive
