I want to rate zero for the customer service because I had no acknowledgement or greeting from both Starbucks reps, after 10 minutes and me letting them know I wanted to order then ta lady said hold on I'll be with you. Two people in the Starbucks stand and yet not one acknowledges even though I am in front of the cashier stand. Maybe a third person might help so this stand can be managed well.
Graat service fast
Took 20+ minutes for 1 drink, no mobile orders and 3 people got their drinks before, they ordered AFTER I did. I got a chocolate cream cold brew, no substitutions or add ins...I will not be coming back to this location...so horrible! *update: drink was not done correctly, makes the waiting so much worse!
