Friendly staff, tasty drinks, all good!!
One of the Starbucks I visit regularly but am always disappointed but the lack of friendly service. Four workers. Three customers seated with their drinks. I walk in and up to the counter. No hi. No welcome. They chat among themselves and ignore me until I say hi and ask if someone is available to help me. Not sure why but there is a table with a bucket of dirty water and towels in the middle of the seating area. I was here for 60 mins and not cleared. Wrote this on yelp, leaving this here too. App was not working (checked for updates -nothing), couldn't redeem bday drink on there so had to go order in person. Already annoyed with this issue. Picked up my bf's mobile order (testing to see if it was just me or the app itself, his went through). Told them about the app issue at the register. They took care of it.
