Service was great, quick, and very friendly. If you’re a Greek that loves Sleep Token, you know who you are. Would love to get a coffee from you again.
Come to this Starbucks if you want your entire order screwed up when there’s no one else in the store. $15 on an order that was $10 two years ago, and not a single item in my order was what I asked for.
super rude when handling complaints. I understand that door dash hands out refunds, but when y'all don't do your half of the job, at least act understanding when someone is spending too much money for something. Blaming door dash is a cop out and really uncool. Not even about the money, but the lazy way my complaint was handled. Door dash didn't make my order. I am switching to carriabou, this is the third time I've gotten a large cup of milk ordering tea at this location.
I can honestly say this is the only place I go that I leave feeling worse than when I walked in. I usually place my order online and when I come in to pick it up I en up standing there waiting for someone to help me for literally 5 minutes. Makes zero sense to me. Today there were 6 employees and 2 of them were not busy while I waited.
