I don’t usually write reviews—especially for Starbucks but this experience really stood out. It was slow hours, yet the staff behind the counter were dismissive and inattentive. When I was picking up my order, I asked for honey. The employee said yes, but after waiting several minutes while he continued preparing other drinks, I had to ask again. I'm not the biggest fan of Starbucks. But the white chocolate mocha, with the right options is the closest to a white hot chocolate I've found.
Normally, I don’t take to writing a review after one bad experience. But I’ve had three here. The first was last October, where I had used my app to order, and stayed inside the store to finish my drink, qualifying for a free refill. When I went to get it, I phrased myself very clearly. But the girl at the counter did not understand that I was trying to get a free refill, no matter how many times I had to awkwardly clarify, and eventually, I just paid the 6 dollars for another drink.
