Rudest baristas alive. I’ll go out of my way to avoid this place now.
If I could give this place a zero I would. I ordered a drink to go and when I started to drink it at work, I found out that there was a full set of fake eyelashes in my iced drink.
On Monday night I came in to order a blonde vanilla latte. I watched as the barista, Brendan, dropped a steam pitcher on the ground, pick it back up, and use it. When I confronted him about it, he responded very rudely and refused to change out the pitcher. Horrible customer service skills and complete lack of sanitization! Never returning
