Please have baristas repeat orders back to customers, both in-store and in the drive-thru. There have been multiple instances where my order was incorrect, such as receiving a latte instead of a Frappuccino, or requesting an espresso shot that wasn't in my drink or on the sticker. Taking a few extra seconds to confirm the order would help prevent these mistakes and ultimately save time for both customers and staff.
Waited 40 minutes for a cafe latte. Really? Use the Mobil app if you don’t want to be waiting forever. They had 5 employees and 3 were working on Mobil app orders. One cashier one drive through.

Today, a very good experience; this was a new location for me however. Usually I walk in and my "presence" seems unnoticed for at least a minute or two. Not today. The young gentleman was attentive and helpful with questions, not to mention, he was just "nice".
