First of all, Shoutout the employees here! My grandma was trying Starbucks for the first time and wasn’t sure what she wanted, but Setna was so patient and guided her to exactly what she liked. Honestly, even I couldn’t figure out what my own grandma wanted 😂. She made her first Starbucks experience amazing! Starbucks, you did your big one with Setna! ☕️
Whoever that little black girl with curly hair behind the counter needs to be taught how to make drinks. Not only did she mess up my drink once, she messed it up twice. Never have I ever recieved a matcha frappuchino this light. I spent my money on this for what? The first time I received the drink, it was unblended. You can see the matcha particles. They are so slow here. The average wait time for 1 beverage is 30 minutes. Don’t come here if you are on a time constraint. Smh
7.28.26- I generally don't have an issue at this Starbucks, but I did today. I made an Uber Eats order early to pick up before I got on the train. I've done this before, and I've been able to pull up and grab the order. When I got there this morning, there were three orders ahead of mine, and I wasn't even on the board.
