Such slow service
Update: the wait time continues to be an issue. Expect up to 20 minutes for a drink, and longer if they remake your drink. And if they remake your drink they will not prioritize it. Since new management took over and the store was renovated, they’re always out of something: cold brew, whipped cream, iced coffee, peppermint syrup. And you can be the only customer in the store waiting, and your order will still take 10 minutes. They really just don’t have a sense of urgency or seem to care.
