I just ordered 2 cappuccinos, one cup was filled half and the other coffee was completely cold. Very bad service
I was in the building recently, and I believe the employee’s name was Gina. During my visit, I noticed she was constantly speaking negatively about what I assume were other Starbucks employees while she was working. It was a bit uncomfortable to hear, especially as a customer. It also seemed like her focus was more on those conversations than on paying attention to her surroundings or the customers in the store. Sofia, Meghan and Jina are such great workers , the store was super busy, it seemed like the weekend, it took like 20 minutes to get our drinks but they were working so hard, still smiled, the multitasking, also Meghan let us know before making our order that there was a 15-20 min of wait time. I Appreciate that she let me know.
Big thanks to The morning shift today. Specifically, Nick, Vanessa, and jasmine. The service was amazing. Very patient, personable, and timely. The Team work is evident.
