I placed a mobile order and went to the location to pick my order up. When I arrived, my name was on the board in the “ready” column - but I didn’t see my coffee. I stood in the pick up area for about 5 minutes before politely asking one of the staff if my order was being prepared and she responded “Yes, we’re making it now”. This is a great store.
its very sad that the workers there cant make a simple drink,... why is it so hard to make a shaken espresso with 5 shots, 4 classic pumps, 3 white mocha, 2 caramel top with heavy cream????? but they can charge you for every pump tho......
