My personal thanks to the staff at Stonebridge Starbucks who always great me with big smile and quick service. They have been like family to me and sad to see that many are departing. Thx so much for your positive attitude! Mr Dave
Order drink online waited the 15 min one drink was ready the drink was made incorrect not only that waited 10 mins to tell us that they didn't have banana bread matcha took everyone order and made it communication was awful workers where busy drinking coffee instead of making orders. THE DRINK GIVEN WAS INCORRECT and the other wasn't received
All the stars are for the drinks themselves—delicious, hot, and just as we ordered. Atmosphere, on the other hand, was lukewarm at best. It wasn’t that they didn’t greet us—it was the fact that they didn’t know we existed. I got more of an acknowledgment from the emotional support animal who walked in than from any human in that establishment. Great location, easy to park, super cute city. Also the bathroom was disgusting.
Today after leaving the gym, I stopped to wait for my wife while she finished at the nail salon nearby. After sitting there for about 45 minutes, I asked for a simple cup of water. Before even answering, I already had a feeling I would be turned down. I was asked if I was going to purchase anything, and instead of lying, I honestly said no. The answer was no cup of water.
