The short one there is beyond rude. She says she never hears you. She asks you so many times in nasty tone. She talked about the girl in front me of me that had walked away. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. My friend ordered respectfully, and an employee went and whispered to one of her coworkers talking bad about her, RIGHT IN FRONT OF US! I then ordered my drink where she was screaming in my face purposely asking for my order over and over again - after I said it clearly the first 3 times. I told her I wanted it iced she proceeded to ask me “hot or cold” multiple times (on purpose) with an attitude. She was disrespectful and offensive and should not be in customer service.
