Horrible. Ask for some oat milk in the drink, the cashier suggested to pour my own milk and ask for tip. For what? For making my own drink?
Starbucks Customer Service Team,, I would like to notify the corporate team that I’m not at all happy with your in-store policies across the United States -- that On-line orders take precedent over my in person walk-in store order. Many times, I come for a barista experience that simply is absent in so many of your stores. I order my drink at the counter, only to wait for 20 online beverage orders to be made prior to my beverage that goes to the very end of the queue.
