Well I stopped for a quick crunchy ribbon drink, asked for specific instructions and none were followed at all. The young lady decided she was going to still add whipped cream after the instructions noted hold the whip due to allergies…she still proceeded and even put some on top, she looked at me crazy when I said no whip please and I asked for extra caramel extra crunch with coconut milk.
