I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service here. I asked multiple times which items were included in the 50% clearance. The employee initially told me it was everything on the right side of the table. When the items didn’t ring up at the discount, she said she misunderstood and thought I was asking about current seasonal items, then told me it was the items on the left side instead. Well I stopped for a quick crunchy ribbon drink, asked for specific instructions and none were followed at all. The young lady decided she was going to still add whipped cream after the instructions noted hold the whip due to allergies…she still proceeded and even put some on top, she looked at me crazy when I said no whip please and I asked for extra caramel extra crunch with coconut milk.
