I have went to this Starbucks many times the past few months. They are generally very nice but they are not on point with orders. Every time I go through the drive thru I’m asked to pull back though no matter if there is a car behind me or not. Then to top it off I went through 2 days ago.. had to repeat my order 3 times and repeat it again at the window. (Not a big deal) I ordered a Large iced white chocolate mocha latte add caramel syrup. Best Starbucks! Everyone working was so nice and helpful and our drinks were perfect! I will stop every time I pass through McComb:)
I come to this location every morning for my coffee and breakfast and the service is always exceptional!! My order is always on time, and everyone who greats me is so kind and helpful. There’s a reason I come back everyday! Management is doing a wonderful job here.
Very efficient Starbucks, took my order got my stuff really quick. I went thru the drive-through it’s right next to the Macomb Mall and the interstate. Great stop for a travel trip.
Fast and Friendly Service . My family and I was passing through headed back home and the inside was clean and the service was exceptional.
