Love stopping at this Starbucks when I’m passing through McComb. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and efficient.
People underestimate how far kindness can go. I walked in completely exhausted, and the moment I stepped inside, I was met with such warm, genuine greetings from the staff. What could’ve been a routine stop turned into something genuinely enjoyable as they helped me customize my order, especially Paula, who made the whole experience feel personal and fun. Worst and rudest Starbucks I have been to. Just passing through on the interstate thankfully so I will never have to go back. Putting an order in on the app and using the speaker is the same thing. Why are customers being asked to drive around their drive thru and being inconvenienced. So I Just went inside and they were still were very rude.
